A unique event to make new connections and help your besties out with their dating lives!
Grab a friend of the opposite gender, ages 38–53, that you would 10/10 recommend dating.
THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE EVENT. You must register and pay with a great friend of the opposite gender to attend.
It's a regular party, but better. You'll have plenty of time to mingle freely, sprinkled in with a few structured opportunities to connect with new people 1:1 and in small groups. You won't be paired up with one stranger all night — you'll have all kinds of chances to meet all kinds of people.
We partner with event hosts who have different friend circles that are all filled with REALLY GREAT PEOPLE. If you don't score a date, you're bound to find new friends and make fun connections.
And it works: we've had at least one couple (and MANY dates) come out of every event like this! 💕

FAQs
Do I HAVE to bring a friend of the opposite gender?
YES. 100% mandatory. Can't think of a friend? Bring a relative, someone you know from a singles ward, or ask your friends to set you up with a non-date!
Is it rude to ask someone to be my non-date?
No! Being asked to be someone's non-date is AN HONOR. It means they feel confident recommending you as a great dating option.
Am I going to be paired up with one random stranger all night?
No. You'll have all kinds of chances to meet and mingle with lots of people.
Is it going to be awkward?
No! We've done this event several times and it's always a BLAST. It's going to be FUN. (And if you do have an awkward moment or two, we're confident you can laugh your way through it.)
How does payment work?
$25/person through Sunday, October 18, then $35/person — paid together ($50, or $70 after that, tax included!) when you register. Since it's a non-date, we encourage you to go dutch and Venmo whoever pays! Both of you will get a registration confirmation email.
Refunds?
Tickets are transferable — to transfer your registration to someone else, email tiana@shifteventsco.com. Partial refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.
